By accessing or using ACKgeo ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ACKgeo provides geoblocking infrastructure that allows website operators to restrict or redirect visitors based on geographic location. The Service includes a dashboard, API, and embeddable script.
You may not use ACKgeo to discriminate unlawfully, to violate applicable laws, or to block access to emergency services. You are responsible for ensuring your use of geoblocking complies with the laws of your jurisdiction and the jurisdictions of your visitors.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials. You are liable for all activity under your account.
ACKgeo is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The geo check script is designed to fail open — if the service is unreachable, visitors will not be blocked.
Paid plans are billed monthly. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.
Traffic statistics are retained for 30 days (Free), 90 days (Pro), or 1 year (Business). Account data is retained until account deletion is requested.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that are used for unlawful purposes.
ACKgeo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
